CANCELLATION POLICY
At our company, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable booking experience for all customers. To ensure fairness and proper scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
1. NO CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure availability and proper planning of our services.
2. RESCHEDULING OPTION
We understand that plans can change. Therefore, customers are allowed to reschedule their booking to the next available date, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be made in advance before the scheduled booking time
- New dates are offered based on availability only
- Last-minute requests may not be accommodated
3. PAYMENT & CHARGES
- All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment
- A 5% value-added charge applies to all payments made via credit/debit card
- This charge covers transaction and processing fees
4. NO-SHOW POLICY
If a customer fails to show up on the scheduled date and time without prior notice, the booking will be considered used, and no rescheduling will be offered.
5. COMPANY RIGHTS
We reserve the right to make changes to bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date.
